Your personal alarm base unit is equipped with a battery, enabling your personal alarm to remain operational during the power failure, up to 12 hours.

No, your personal alarm should not be affected by household equipment. If you have a concern, please speak to a member of our team.

You can still call for help by pressing the alarm button on your base unit. A replacement pendant can be supplied at a small additional cost.

Yes, we hold limited information on file, including your doctor’s details.

Yes your pendant will still work if you have phone extensions and internet connection . A good quality filter must be installed on the line for use with internet connections including broadband.

Yes you can change these at any time, please phone our call centre on 00 44 (0)28 9039 7103 or press your pendant, and inform them of these changes.


The service has a minimum contract period of three months. After this period the service can be cancelled with 30 days notice by pressing your personal trigger or red button on your base unit and our Call Advisors will assist you.
